Chris Catanzaro is a seasoned franchise and real estate attorney with nearly a decade of experience reviewing and negotiating contracts in a wide range of industries.  Chris honed his franchise legal skills by drafting franchise-related documentation, including franchise disclosure documents,  franchise agreements, area development agreements, and associated exhibits and addenda, and leveraged this knowledge and expertise in developing his current practice which is focused upon providing flat-fee lease reviews for franchisees and corporate clients.

Chris has successfully negotiated dozens of commercial leases for a wide range of franchise brands, including D1 Training, barre3, Marco's Pizza, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Eggs Up Grill, Big Blue Swim School, D-Bat, Salons by JC, and many others.

Chris enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Caila, and sons, Vinny and Luca.
